1. I declare I hold a valid driving licence and am legally allowed to drive in Singapore.
2. I agree to be the person responsible for compensation to Bedok Car Rental for any damage or loss caused.
3. I agree to be liable to all legal and traffic offences committed during the period the vehicle has been assigned to me. I will settle all outstanding fines by the day of return, failing which I agree to pay an administrative fee of $10 per day for every fine that is left unsettled.
4. I agree to pay for any cost, damage or loss due to negligence use or in the following situations: punctured tyre, flat battery, empty fuel tank, locked out from car, pumping incorrect fuel (Note: Use only unleaded petrol RON98).
5. I agree not to use the vehicle for commercial purposes and not allow a third party to drive the Club Vehicle without approval, failing which I agree to pay a penalty of $4,500.
6. I agree to pay for any cost, losses or damages for using the vehicle outside the geographical border of the Republic of Singapore, including but not limited to towing charges, repair services etc.
7. I consent to give up insurance coverage and agree to pay $4,500 on top of the damage/loss in the event I failed to report an accident to Bedok Car Rental immediately, however minor the incident might be.
8. I agree to seek approval from Bedok Car Rental for extension of use. Should I fail to return the vehicle punctually without prior approval, I agree to pay late penalty fee of $30 per hour. I further agree to pay recovery fees of $500 per day for each day the vehicle is not returned without approved extension.
9. I understand and agree that Bedok Car Rental and its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any property or article belonging to me howsoever brought onto the vehicle, and I also agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Bedok Car Rental and its staff, against any and all claims whatsoever, or loss, damage or injury to property or person howsoever caused, whilst using the club vehicle.
10. I am currently not being investigated for any offence or crime and have never been convicted in any court of law in any country.
